SDS is the current student record database used at a local high school. The information is used for mailings, attendance and discipline issues in addition to typical school use such as grading. The multiple fields lend themselves to retrieving flash reports that have been generically designed for use with SDS but often are difficult to manipulate once exported for basic Microsoft Office tasks.
